6. Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer free 2-day shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Please be aware that while we strive to meet this 2-day delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may occasionally occur, and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Insurance: Standard free shipping does not include shipping insurance. If you wish to have insurance coverage for your shipment against loss or damage during transit, you will be responsible for purchasing it separately at your own expense. Risk of Loss or Damage: Elite Shine Enterprise LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process once the order has been transferred to the carrier. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed by you directly with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Final Sale Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

Solid Gold Products: As each piece is specifically made to order.

Custom Products: As each piece is uniquely created according to your specifications.

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons.

Grillz: Due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Items: All items marked as "Sale" are considered final sale.

Gifts: Items received as gifts are considered final sale.

Made-To-Order Items: Any orders labeled as "Made-To-Order" are non-returnable and non-cancelable.

Cancellations: Once production has begun on any solid gold products or custom products, cancellations are not possible.

Returns and Exchanges for Eligible Items: For items that are eligible for return or exchange (excluding the final sale items listed above), you must initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please be aware that any shipping fees paid on returned items are non-refundable.

By using the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Elite Shine Enterprise LLC.   

 

 

12. Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products or services sold or distributed by Elite Shine Enterprise LLC or through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Elite Shine Enterprise LLC's intellectual property rights, Elite Shine Enterprise LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Oklahoma, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
